Once you have an idea about the space you need, at the 'READY TO START THE RESERVATION PROCESS" section of the page you'll find our policies, use fees, and reservation application. Take a look at all of these documents so you have an estimate of how much your stay will cost, how many buildings you need, and our booking policies.

Contact us by phone or contact form on our website. This will give us a good idea of your interest level and any questions you may have. When we get in contact with you, we'll get to know some information about you and your group, event type, potential event dates, estimated size, and which buildings you are wanting to book.
AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once you've decided to book your event with us, we'll get the paper work started. The reservation application and contract will need to be filled out and given back to us with your deposit fees. More about our fees and policies can be found in the "READY TO START THE RESERVATION PROCESS" section.

After your event is confirmed, take some time to relax and get ready to have an amazing stay at the camp. We will check back in as your event gets closer to the booked dates. We look forward to your stay and are so happy you have chosen us to host your event.
